Orchard Park’s Green Club is all a “Twitter”

OPE_bird_feedersBirds at Orchard Park Elementary will find tasty treats this winter at some bird feeders made with TLC.  In November, students in the OPEGreen Club took recycled milk containers and juice cartons cut and decorated them, and filled them with food for the birds.  The students hung the feeders in the courtyard nature lab, where they have also placed birdhouses they made from recycled materials last year.

Green Clubs

Getting students engaged in green practices is the key to a healthy future for our community. See below for what student green clubs in our district are doing so far this school year!
